Background workControlled jobs

Safe work can continue between sessions

A trusted scheduler can process enabled jobs against real workspace records. Binding quotes and purchases keep their separate authorisation gates.

The live workspace never substitutes fictional transactions.

01 · Specify

Capture the requirement

Category, condition, quantity, budget, geography and delivery timing become clear constraints.

02 · Source

Review available supply

Operator, supplier and authorised-source records retain provenance and missing evidence.

03 · Evaluate

Model the economics

Optimistic, base and downside scenarios expose landed cost, assumptions and commercial risk.

04 · Progress

Approve documented terms

Buyers review a quote, explicitly accept it and may pay a documented sourcing fee or deposit.

Commercial context, not another stock list.

True landed-cost visibility

Separate goods, premiums, freight, insurance, duties, import VAT, handling, contingency and condition allowances.

Deterministic buyer matching

Hard constraints are enforced before AI-supported ranking explains category, quantity, budget and timing fit.

Source provenance attached

Imported records keep their source, capture time and evidence so operators can assess reliability.

Internationally extensible

UK-first defaults coexist with currencies, supplier countries, delivery countries and explicit import assumptions.

Documented commercial terms

Versioned quotations, explicit acceptance and payment references reduce ambiguity as a deal progresses.

Approval gates by design

High-risk or incomplete stock stays in review. Purchasing requires a separate authorised approval record.

Broad wholesale sourcing, grounded in each buyer’s brief.

Categories remain configurable. Restricted and regulated goods are blocked or routed to review.

Evidence before enthusiasm.

Proc-AI treats imported content as untrusted, keeps estimates clearly labelled and makes material gaps visible before a buyer or operator acts.

Incomplete informationMissing manifests, condition evidence and certifications stay visible as blockers.
Scenario assumptionsResale values and margins are estimates, never presented as verified outcomes.
Restricted categoriesProhibited goods are blocked; regulated categories require administrator review.
Authorised commitmentsAI cannot purchase inventory or send binding commercial offers autonomously.

What to expect from Proc-AI.

Does Proc-AI guarantee profit or resale value?

No. Commercial outputs are estimates based on recorded inputs and assumptions. Buyers must validate demand, condition and all terms before committing.

Does Proc-AI buy inventory automatically?

No. The MVP does not execute supplier purchases. A purchase can progress only after a separate authorised approval.

Where does supply data come from?

Manual operator entry, supplier submissions, validated CSV files and explicitly authorised feeds. Proc-AI does not bypass marketplace access controls.

How are transaction fees handled?

Any sourcing fee, success fee or deposit is shown in the specific quotation before acceptance. Proc-AI does not describe deposits as escrow.
